Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable, as the appointment time and staffing have already been secured exclusively for you.
Rescheduling within 24 hours
You may reschedule one time within 24 hours of your appointment. The service remains non-refundable.
24-Hour Policy: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not permitted.
Non-Refundable Status: Services within the 24-hour window remain non-refundable to ensure our teams are fairly compensated for their reserved time.
Scheduling: Ongoing services are automatically scheduled based on the day and time of your initial booking.
Account Management: You can modify your service frequency, preferred timing, or payment methods at any time via your Ditas Online Account.
Billing Cycles: Billing occurs according to your chosen frequency (Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly).
Commitment: To maintain our discounted recurring rates, subscriptions may be canceled after a minimum of two completed billing cycles. Standard cancellation policies apply to all subscription sessions.
To protect the stability of our local workforce, accounts exceeding two cancellations or refunds will be subject to a 35% administrative fee on the third and all future requests.
Entry Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
Lock-outs: If our team cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and remains non-refundable.
Pet Policy: For the safety of your pets and our staff, please ensure all pets are secured in a comfortable area during the service.
Your peace of mind is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your results:
Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Our management team will review your concerns and provide a resolution, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the specific areas in question.
