48+ hours before service
Refund to the original payment method (processed within 1–5 business days).
Within 48 hours of service
A 25% cancellation fee applies.
Within 24 hours of service
Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable, as the appointment time and staffing have already been secured exclusively for you.
Rescheduling within 24 hours
You may reschedule one time within 24 hours of your appointment. The service remains non-refundable.
Services are scheduled based on the date and time of your first booking.
You may change frequency, time, or payment details anytime from your account.
All cancellations and reschedules follow the same policy above.
Billing frequency:
Weekly services are charged weekly
Biweekly services are charged biweekly
Monthly services are charged monthly
Subscriptions may be canceled after two billing cycles.
To ensure consistent scheduling for our team and clients, accounts with more than two cancellations or refunds will incur a 35% service fee on the third and all subsequent requests.
