Booking & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. As a modern e-commerce service, we also offer flexible installment plans through our payment processor, allowing you to split your service cost into manageable payments.
At checkout, you can choose to split your total into 6 interest-free monthly payments. There are no hidden fees and no hard credit checks. It’s a simple "Clean Now, Pay Later" solution to fit your budget!

We charge a Flat Rate based on the results, not the hour. While every home is different, here are our typical estimated timeframes:
Sparkle and Shine package: Minimum 45 minutes (ideal for studios/1-bedrooms).
Deep Clean Package: Adds 1+ hours to your standard service depending on condition.
Move-in/Out: 1+ hours to your standard service depending on condition.
Airbnb Host Service: 1+ hours to your standard service depending on condition.
Add-ons are specialized sub-services you can include for a small fee, such as cleaning the inside of the oven, scrubbing walls, or interior window washing. You can easily select these while booking online.

Logistics & Scheduling
Yes! Based on availability, you can book a professional cleaning with as little as 2 hours' notice. If you have an urgent request, reach out via our Live Chat for the fastest confirmation.

Our cleaning teams are active Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM. While we are closed on Sundays, we can occasionally make exceptions for special circumstances—just ask!
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with premium, eco-friendly products and professional-grade vacuums and tools. You don't need to provide a thing, though we are happy to use your specific products if you prefer.
