48+ hours before service
Refund to the original payment method (processed within 1–5 business days).
Within 48 hours of service
A 25% cancellation fee applies.
Within 24 hours of service
Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable, as the appointment time and staffing have already been secured exclusively for you.
Rescheduling within 24 hours
You may reschedule one time within 24 hours of your appointment. The service remains non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations
- Missed appointments due to lack of access
- Services already performed
- Rescheduled services within 24 hours
- Subscription services follow the same refund and cancellation rules
- Subscriptions may only be canceled after two billing cycles
- Partial refunds for completed billing cycles are not provided
To protect our team and service availability:
- Accounts with repeated refund requests may incur additional fees
- A 35% fee applies after the second cancellation or refund request
