At Ditas Home Cleaning, transparency and fairness are important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • 48+ hours before service
    Refund to the original payment method (processed within 1–5 business days).

  • Within 48 hours of service
    A 25% cancellation fee applies.

  • Within 24 hours of service
    Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable, as the appointment time and staffing have already been secured exclusively for you.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours
    You may reschedule one time within 24 hours of your appointment. The service remains non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • - Same-day cancellations

  • - Missed appointments due to lack of access

  • - Services already performed

  • - Rescheduled services within 24 hours


Subscription Refunds

  • - Subscription services follow the same refund and cancellation rules

  • - Subscriptions may only be canceled after two billing cycles

  • - Partial refunds for completed billing cycles are not provided


Excessive Refund Requests

To protect our team and service availability:

  • - Accounts with repeated refund requests may incur additional fees

  • - A 35% fee applies after the second cancellation or refund request
