This is a flat rate service to clean your entire home. You must enter how many beds/baths there are in your home (exclude family rooms, living-rooms, and kitchen). This allows our system to know how big the home is. Then, the system instantly calculates your final price! That simple.

Cancellations

48+ hours before service
Full refund to the original payment method (processed within 1–5 business days). -
Within 48 hours of service
A 25% cancellation fee applies. -
Within 24 hours of service
No refunds. This time is reserved exclusively for you, and staff costs have already been incurred. -
Rescheduling within 24 hours
Allowed once, but the service remains non-refundable.
Reoccurring Service Subscriptions

Services are scheduled based on the date and time of your first booking.

You may change frequency, time, or payment details anytime from your account.

Time Estimate
Most Sparkle and Shine cleanings take 1.5–2 hours, depending on your home’s size and condition. Smaller apartments may take less time, while larger homes with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms may take longer. We aim to provide a thorough clean without disrupting your day.
Services Not Included
- Interior appliance cleaning (unless added)
- Inside closets, pantries, or garages
- Dishwashing or putting dishes away
- Heavy wall stains or tough grime
- Hard water buildup, blinds, or interior windows
- Baseboards, grout detailing, or laundry
- Upholstery stain treatment or detailed fan blade cleaning
Limitations
The Sparkle and Shine Package is not intended for extreme cleaning conditions, such as:
- Excessive dirt, grease, or dust requiring deep cleaning tools
- Thick soap scum or mineral deposits
- Cluttered spaces that limit access
- Animal waste or unattended messes
- Smoke-damaged areas or post-construction dust
