Cancellations

48+ hours before service
Full refund to the original payment method (processed within 1–5 business days). -
Within 48 hours of service
A 25% cancellation fee applies. -
Within 24 hours of service
No refunds. This time is reserved exclusively for you, and staff costs have already been incurred. -
Rescheduling within 24 hours
Allowed once, but the service remains non-refundable.
Reoccurring Service Subscriptions

Services are scheduled based on the date and time of your first booking.

You may change frequency, time, or payment details anytime from your account.

All cancellations and reschedules follow the same policy above.

Subscriptions may be canceled after two billing cycles.
Gift Cards

Repeated Cancellations

Accounts with more than 2 cancellations/refunds will be charged a 35% fee on the third and future requests.

The Airbnb Cleaning Package is priced at a flat rate per property, ensuring transparency and no surprises. Simply provide the number of bedrooms and bathrooms (excluding living rooms, family rooms, and kitchens), and our system calculates your total instantly.
